Reduced my speeding ticket from three points to zero. I didn’t have to appear in court. Easy to work with, professional, communicated clearly, outlined potential results and I am very pleased with the results!

Mr. Palumbo is great lawyer and extra nice person.

Mr. Palumbo has done great and fantastic job. He was able to reduce the ticket from 8 to 3 points, reduce the fine by almost half, and avoided paying an extra 450 USD for accumulating more than 6 points within 18 months.

My cousin who is a Canadian citizen was Speeding 96 in 65 highway in NY (8 points), and since he does not speak good English I was the point of contact between him and Mr. Palumbo.

So, we are not local. We never met Mr. Palumbo face to face. We communicated with via email and phone. We are very happy that we were so lucky to find him on the internet.

He may get upset when you don’t follow the procedures, however, he is great person from inside.

I retained Michael to represent me with a NYC 6 point speeding ticket. His office handled all of the proceedings and I did not have to get involved to make sure the case was moving along smoothly. Eventually I was found not guilty and the ticket was dismissed. I never to had to appear in court.

If I get a speeding ticket the FIRST thing I do is call Mike Palumbo. Mike is an ex-cop, an exceptional lawyer, an organizer who never misses an important detail, and best of all, someone who understands the system and how to really help you. I mean, really really really help you.

So here’s my story. Got a MASSIVE ticket from a cop that would have cost me thousands over the next few years, was already costing me major headaches, and would have had me appearing in Court over and over again. I sent it to Mike and honestly, after a while I forgot about. We all know that if you forget about something like that it multiplies, grows exponentially, and get worse and worse. But not if you send it to Mike.

Somehow – miraculously – he got me off! Till this day I don’t know how. But I was literally speechless when I heard the result. Now I’m not saying he can get everyone off, but I am saying that you have your best shot of dealing with that system by handing your troubles over to Mike Palumbo.

Personal note: Mike, you are THE MAN!!! Thank you for help with the case mentioned above, and every other one.

Speeding ticket

November 30, 2019

I called Ronnie Ritz and told my story; speeding ticket on the Taconic Parkway near Milan, NY, 78mph in a 55mph. Ronnie said it would be 6 points and about $300 fine. He got it down to 2 points and $150 fine + $93 surcharge, non speed violation. I am relieved. Michael Palumbo’s office is professional, efficient and friendly. Ronnie guaranteed a reduction in points and fine or the fee would be returned. It was worthwhile. The fine and fee is a lot cheaper than the increase in my insurance and the aggravation that comes along with it.
Thanks Michael and Ronnie and staff. Good job.
Best regards,
Michael

Michael J Palumbo’s response: “Thank you Michael for leaving this review. For the edification of anyone who reads it, had you been found guilty as charged of a 6 point speeding the court fine alone would have been $393.00 in fines and surcharges. Then, because it was a 6 point violation the DMV itself would have fined you $300.00 on a driver responsibility assessment. That is an additional fine that kicks in when a motorist hits 6 points on their NYS driving record in a given 18 month period from 1 or more convictions, accrued from the dates of convictions. The assessment is $300.00 for 6 points, and $75.00 for every point thereafter. So we brought the total fine and surcharges and penalties down from $693.00 to $243.00, a difference of $450.00. We also avoided thousands of dollars in insurance increases, as well as got your personal court appearance waived so that you did not have to be inconvenienced by going to court. If you or someone you know ever needs a NY State traffic court attorney, don't hesitate call us today at (914) 500-8929!

I received two tickets simultaneously for the first time ever. I panicked and searched online and came across Palumbo & Assoc. I was hesitant at 1st because it seemed to good to be true based on all the positive reviews. I decided to hire them to fight both tickets and after a short amount of time they were able to bring down a possible 7 points to only 2 points non moving violation!! Very happy with the results and will use them again if ever needed!!

Mr. Palumbo and his law firm do excellent work. I was facing 14 points on my drivers license. If convicted I could have lost my license and would have been unable to drive for a period of time. There really are not enough superlatives to use to adequately describe my level of satisfaction with Mr. Palumbo and his team. I was involved in a traffic situation that had me looking at 3 points and heaven knows what else. I contacted Mr. Palumbo not knowing what to expect. I received a response FROM Mr. Palumbo in a matter of hours. He clearly explained to me what I was looking at, and what I needed to do. I followed his instructions to the letter and now am looking at 0 points and a minimal fine. All of this, by the way, with no disruption of my daily routine. My only regret is that I can't give higher than a 5 star rating.

Got ticket after crossing BWB (in front of NY Times facility) during holiday. Contacted Atty Palumbo who promptly called back ... he was realistic (did not get my hopes high) given NYC traffic court, but mentioned at least will delay the ruling/penalty. Just informed today, the ticket was dismissed! I had another ticket in Manhattan North which did not get dismissed, but points were reduced. At any rate, having any ticket dismissed (esp in NYC) is Excellent!

Resolved my daughters speeding ticket

May 1, 2019

I am completely pleased with the results of Mr. Palumbo's firms work. This was actually a better result then I expected with the resultant fine. I had spoken to another area attorney prior to Mr. Palumbo, and that attorneys expectations were that she would likely receive points. I then spoke with Mr. Palumbo and he gave me a good understanding of what the possibilities were and what his firm would do. I had some follow up questions as well that were answered to my satisfaction so I went with Mr. Palumbo's firm. There was a lag between the initial court date and the resolution where I was wondering what happened, but today I received the news and could not be happier.

Mr. Palumbo's firms initial cost was a bit more than the other attorney, but after the result my total out-of-pocket was LOWER than the other firms total minimum expected, and my daughter received 0 points on her license versus the expected likely 2-points at the other firm!

Thank you and your firm for your assistance with this issue, Michael! I will definitely recommend you in the future.

This was my first ticket ever. First time I was pulled over in my life also. I was given the ticket for allegedly using my phone while driving near Greenburgh. After getting the ticket, I was looking at 5 points being deducted and a heavy fine. I have to say I was freaking out a bit. Michael, Ronnie and their team did a spectacular job in explaining the process (I had a lot of questions) and providing peace of mind while handling my case. In the end, the ticket was dismissed (no points or fines). Thank you Michael!

Palumbo & Associates, PC helped me resolve my first traffic ticket (a 6 points ticket - 76mph in 55mph zone). I am pleased with their service. I was worried about the ticket because I have no experience on it and I don't live in New York. I had searched some infomation about the ticket and finally decided to hire them because of the great rating and review online. As expected, their service is awesome and convenient. I can keep updates of my case by phone call or email, and I don't need to be worried about taking off work for court, which saves me a lots of time. The result is great, a 0 point non-moving violation, I won't have frustrating record and it won't affect my insurance. I do highly recommed Palumbo & Associates for anyone who has trouble in traffic tickets.

Mr. Palumbo charges more than other lawyers, but for good reason! You get what you pay for! He got a New York City ticket for use of handheld electronic device dismissed. I thought this would be impossible to defeat, but he did it! When I get a ticket - I just give it to him and take his advice 100% He's the best traffic lawyer I know, and I drive professionally for a living and have dealt with many traffic lawyers. Do not hesitate because of the cost! He will save you so much more!

Hiring Mike and the gang was the best decision. I was wary at first due to the high cost, especially when compared to some other lawyers, but it was 100% worth it. I had two moving violations in one traffic stop, a total of 9 points, which would have led to the suspension of my license. I needed to get the tickets down to 0 points to avoid this, which seemed highly unlikely. Mike and I went over all the details in one phone call. He was the only lawyer I spoke to that was confident he could win this for me. The day after my court date I received an email stating one ticket had been dismissed, and one was reduced from 6 points to 0, replaced by a littering ticket. This was a great alternative to a 9 point hit on my record, a one-month suspension, and years of spiked insurance rates. The cost is worth what you receive, and I recommend to anyone who needs help in a tough situation.

If you have any traffic issues in NY state these are the guys to call. They are the most accommodating and helpful law office I ever dealt with. They went to every town I had a ticket in and had them reduced to very minor violations. Mr. Palumbo and the ladies in the office were quick to answer any questions I had. Ronnie Ritz was the lawyer who dealt with my cases and he was phenomenal. They were worth every penny! From now on I will always recommend seeking a lawyer when you have to deal with any traffic ticket and these guys will be the only ones I recommend!! Thank you, Ronnie and Palumbo and Associates.

I hired Palumbo & Associates to help with an upstate NY speeding ticket. They were able to reduce my ticket to a 2 point non-speeding violation. It was well worth the cost of the attorney as it saved me day(s) off from work and as it turned out I came down with the flu and had a real estate closing on my scheduled court date so i could not have attended (and no guarantee I would have been successful to reduce my violation). I was traveling over the Throgs Neck Bridge in November and got a ticket for failing to signal when moving from the on-ramp to the main bridge roadway. I felt this was no more than a "money grab" and was furious. I understand getting a ticket when deserved, but this one was bullcrap. I reached out to Michael Palumbo and they handled everything from there. 3 months later, the case was dismissed. I could not be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone who feels that they have been the target of "revenue based" enforcement!

On 2016-12-07, on the 1st day of my new job, I got a red light ticket which I did not even deserve(they're terrible and sneaky and harass us on Staten Island NY). I hired Mike Palumbo, and upon his recommendation, I immediately took and passed the "ONLINE DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE" gave him the certificate of completion afterwards. Then he fought for me for 2 years. Then I got the email from his office today (2018-02-26); and I was sure I would be found guilty; have to pay north of $300 and have to incur the points as well BECAUSE THE JUDGE ON STATEN ISLAND NY HAS A 96% CONVICTION RATE AND FINDS YOU GUILTY EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOW HIM PICTURES AND EVIDENCE SO I KNEW I HAD NO CHANCE TO WIN WITH HIM JUDGING MY CASE. But to my surprise: I was found not guilty and the points were not added to my license! I almost had a heart attack. Hence, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE PALUMBO'S EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL "TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS" LEGAL SERVICES TO EVERYBODY AND ANYBODY. Thanks Mike--YOU ARE THE BEST !!! I received a ticket from an officer who insisted I was following too closely (in bumper-to-bumper traffic) when I was just trying to get the rear of my vehicle out of the intersection before the light changed. This ticket comes with a FOUR POINT penalty on your license if found guilty! I don't know how Michael Palumbo did it, but I was found not guilty and the ticket was dismissed. Hired the guy at 4 pm the day before my court date. 6 months later I get an email that we beat the ticket. Never made an appearance. A little pricey but worth it. Not the first time hiring a lawyer for tickets, but the first time I got results

From the initial consulation with Michael Palumbo and Mairead I knew I was making the right decision. Ron Fitz represented me and got my 4 point charge reduced to a 0 point non moving parking violation. Traffic tickets are their specialty and they met all the goals the set from the beginning. Mr. Palumbo & his team are top of the line. Two summers ago I unfortunately was caught in a New York City speed trap, going 67 on a 25. This was good for 11 points and a suspension of my license under the rules of the NYC TVB. Yikes. Obviously I needed the help of a top lawyer, and after thorough research I decided to commit to Mr. Palumbo, and boy am I glad that I did! Somehow, someway, he was able to get my entire ticket dismissed.. completely! Thank you so much Mr. Palumbo & Co. for your hard work! Really saved me a bunch of time, money, and stress. THANKS AGAIN!

We resolved your ticket in Orangetown Town Court with a plea from the charge of 8 point speeding ticket to a 2 point obstructing traffic at intersection ticket.

The fine of $243 must be RECEIVED by the Orangetown Town Court ON OR BEFORE 12/1/17. You can pay in person cash, or via mail with a bank check or postal money order – NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Make your form of payment payable to the “Orangetown Town Court” and mail to 26 Orangeburg Rd Orangeburg, NY 10962. Write on the draft “Case No.: 17040439” and include the attached Conference Notice in your envelope so that the court can easily match payment to your case. If you want a receipt include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

You can take a class online to have up to 4 points that have accrued in the past 18 month immediately credited to your driving record against potential mandatory suspensions for excessive point accruals. Upon completion your insurance company will also be required to reduce your premiums by 10%. Please wait 30 days before taking the class in order to allow your ticket to process. This will ensure that the course to count towards this ticket.  An online provider can be found at: https://www.americansafetycouncil.com/online-courses/?lgr=f03107d0-a438-e111-9481-00c09f3f0f12

I had two tickets while driving in NY state, one speeding and one move over ticket. While I work in MA, it would be a pain if I go to the courts and handle the tickets myself. Michael's service is so great that I don't need to do anything after submitting all the materials. The speeding ticket finally got changed to a parking ticket and the move over ticket was dismissed. It did cost more than average lawyers where you need to go to the court yourself, but it would be a great choice for busy people like me.

Mr. Palumbo's office operates like a well-oiled machine, everyone from the receptionists to Attorney Ron Ritz to Mr. Palumbo were outstanding. 5 stars, 10 points! Highly recommended! I got a bogus cell phone ticket I didn't deserve but didn't want to take a chance on going in alone to represent myself in court. I live in CT but drive on NY highways every day and as a self-employed professional would have an enormous problem if I ever had my NY license suspended so I wanted to get those points off my record. Mr. Palumbo's attorney Ron Ritz appeared for me and got my 5 point violation reduced to 2 points, and I have the option to take an online course to get them eliminated altogether. I was spared the time, aggravation and lost income of going into court at all. For under a grand all told it will be like it never happened, totally removed. Well worth their fee!

With their help, my daughter's speeding ticket was dismissed! My college student daughter, who holds a California Driver's License, got a very unfair ticket in Dutchess County -- the officer alleged that she was going 68 in a 55 mile zone. Which she was NOT! Because she holds a CA DL, she wouldn't have been able to do traffic school, so this ticket would've been a real and long term financial hardship. We also now know, thanks to Palumbo & Associates, that an officer can't just order you out of your car and search it for no reason without your consent. The officer threw her groceries out of the bags (it was late afternoon - she had been at work and then grocery shopping), tossed things out of the glove box, etc. and made her stand with her hands on the car. This was very traumatic for her and it was news to both of us that they can't just do this. Such a bad experience for her. We are so glad that Palumbo & Associates was there for us. And they made the process easy! They called us back right away, emailed us the paperwork that we needed to fill out and, other than waiting for the result, that was it! Money well spent and we are very grateful.

Got a six-point speeding ticket...they negotiated it down to a 0-point parking ticket with a $250 fine. It was better than I hoped for! Could I have done just as well if I had represented myself? Maybe, maybe not. But I'm sure I could not have done any better. And once I handed it over to these guys, they took care of everything...and were very responsive and quick to reply whenever I had a question. They clearly know what they are doing and are set up to do it!

Very happy that I hired Michael to handle my speeding ticket case. Worked out very well and I could not have gotten the work done nor the results by myself. I do recommend.

Thank you!

I really appreciate all your help.  It was a great outcome and am glad I used you guys!  I will definitely recommend to others that they do the same.
Thanks again!

This is the first time I have had a lawyer that fought a moving violation ticket and won. A six points ticket to Zero points. I never saw Mr. Palumbo and didn't have to show up in court. I live in queens and this man gave me reason to believe that he can help and he delivered. Six to zero and that took my stress away. I recommend this law firm to anyone that has experience a driving violation. God bless you and your law firm!!! Thank you Mr Palumbo.

Michael J Palumbo and his attorneys helped me with these tickets totaling a whooping 9 points. They fought for me in both courts and were able to plead in my behalf to lower violations so my record continues to stay clean. Phew! I am grateful for their help and I am glad I invested in this because aside from insurance costs, one more ticket would have had my license suspended. Thank you Michael!

Fought hard on my behalf, going to court, and got my 6 point ticket dismissed! Would highly recommend

Our Afro American son was driving a high end BMW and was pulled over at 1:30am for failure to signal a lane change. He said it was a bogus charge, We believed him. We found Palumbo and Associates. Their fee seemed high but their reputation was great. All they promised was that they would give us the best possible representation. We feel that they did and kept us in the loop during the year or so of getting to trial. It ended up being dismissed with no fine, no points and no insurance increase. We were satisfied.

Wow, I am at a lost for words. Being a driver in New York, you are bound to be pulled over for a speeding ticket. Luckily when I received my ticket I was smart enough to retain the services of Michael Palumbo. I was caught doing 70 in a 50 zone, and I thought I was done for. Michael and his team saved the day for me by getting the entire 6 point ticket dismissed!!! Mind you, I have had speeding tickets in the past where I did not retain Michaels services and the outcome was guilty. If you have a speeding ticket in the Tri-State Area, MICHAEL PALUMBO IS YOUR GUY!!! cant thank him enough for everything he has done!! Great Attorney, great service, great legal team!!!!

Having no clue how one fights an out-of-state ticket like this, my wife luckily found Michael Palumbo by a google search. He took the time to speak to me on the phone at the onset of the ticket I received (moving violation / speed/ work zone) in NY. He expertly dealt on my behalf with the courts and ultimately got my 6 point ticket down to 4. The result of this meant that we did NOT have a spike in our auto insurance bill. I cannot express the relief we felt in this household. Yes, we paid Mr. Palumbo what I consider a fair rate, and we did have to pay a fine of about $250. ALL fair, in this case, no complaints at all. Thank you, Mike Palumbo, for a fantastic job.

After 20+ years without a violation, I received two in 6 months. If guilty on both it would have resulted in at least $1000 in fines and a suspended license. Michael was able to manage the cases resulting in no suspension, just a few points and much lower fines.

My vehicle collided with a government owned snow plow truck on a night where the road conditions were terrible. I faced several charges ranging from 3 to 4 points each. Palumbo's offices reduced each of these charges in my defense. These guys are the real deal. It was a stressful situation for me but they came through. Definitely worth hiring.

I picked up two speeding tickets, one in August, and one in October. 1st was for going 15 over the speed limit (SL) and i was given 3 points and 150 bucks as a fine. I was going to fight that one myself. It was the second ticket that I hired Palumbo and associates - it was for 8 points and a 360$ fine. I was going 38 over the SL, and I almost got arrested for reckless driving. Both cases I was commuting to school, and it felt like I was unfairly targeted as an out of state driver. Living on my own also, paying for car insurance alone was going to financially cripple me so drastically that I would have had to rethink my whole academic career, maybe move home to afford to live. Then there was the issue of taking time to go to court to state my case - I would have to taken a day out of class or work to make it. I've never contested a ticket before, and I am not from around here. the whole process seemed so intimidating and frustrating. The stakes were very high too, my license could have been suspended and I would have lost my ability to function up here in rural VT. I hired Palumbo's group to contest both of my tickets. Worth every penny. I didn't have to worry about court, about confronting the police officers who issued tickets to me, about missing school or work, and I was much more confident that my cases would work out better than if I was on my own. Anyways, the 8 point ticket was completely dismissed, no points, no fines. The 3 point ticket was converted to a parking ticket and I got no points. Let me also mention that BOTH of my hearings were on the same day in the same court. I can't even imagine how I didn't get the book thrown at me, for having two separate speeding cases with my name on them happen on the same day. NO SURCHARGE POINTS!!!!!! If I had absorbed even half of those 11 points from the tickets, I would be paying so much for insurance I can't even imagine how I could have lived. I talked to my insurance company, they were estimating that monthly rate would go to 400 bucks or more if I got up to 6 or 7 tickets. When I think of my decision to hire Palumbo, I can't help but think of it in terms of how it will pay for itself soon, and double and triple and quadruple my investment over years of not having high insurance rates from the points I avoided. I am not a gambling type, and I knew that hiring Palumbo and company was a great idea, and was gonna save me a huge hassle and money in the end. I strongly recommend, and god forbid, I will use them again if I ever goof up again behind the wheel (hopefully not though). Full disclosure: I was invited to take this survey via email link AFTER I was given my results. I was not offered any reward or any sort for typing this.

I was pulled over and was facing 5 points for having my cellphone in my hand. I felt that this ticket was warranted. However, I immediately looked for an attorney in the Mamaroneck area and appointed Palumbo & Associates. Within minutes of sending an email to their office on learning more about their services, their office called me. After explaining the situation, they assured me that they can handle this ticket and will fight to get all points dismissed. Their office kept me informed throughout the status of my case, and ultimately informed me that my ticket was dropped to a parking violation with no points issued on my license. The pricing was very fair and their services showed that their fee was well worth it. To reassure yourself that you are in good hands, I would highly recommend you engage Palumbo & Associates.

I received a 82 in a 65 on the thruway on my way to pick up my son from college. I emailed Mike when I returned late Friday night and received a call from Mike on Saturday morning. I was really not expecting such a quick response. I discussed my case with him, we emailed a few documents to each other and his team took care of the rest. I did not have to appear in court, Mike's team represented me, which is good because that would have been a five hour trip each way from my home. I received a $175 parking ticket, no points. My CDL is still clean, they did a great job. I have already recommended Mike to a few of my coworkers. If you are having doubts, don't, Mike will be straight with you and will deliver. I just want to say that I never leave reviews but in this case I just felt that I had to because of the quality of the service. If you are Googling lawyers like I was I hope that you will take my advice and hire Mike.

Was ticketed on the Triborough Bridge for doing "61" minding my own business in the flow of traffic. Seems 61 is the magic number because they double your fine and points. Decided to look into having an attorney handle this and left a message for Mike very early on a Sunday morning. He called back within minutes and gave me a no nonsense explanation of how his firm would handle this with no promises but a good feeling that the fine and points would at least be reduced. Decided the fee was worth it since it would cost me more to take off from work and, really, what do I know about how to best fight this? Plus the aggravation and stress of going to court! Can't begin to thank Mike and his team enough for how this was handled. I had to do virtually nothing in the process. His team tracked the ticket and court date, pushed the trial date for over 18 months so that the points wouldn't appear even if I lost, kept in contact with me appropriately, and were absolutely professional every step of the way. Best of all, the ticket was completely dismissed with no fine and points as though it never took place! Not sure how they did it, but the best result I could have imagined. Very impressed and very appreciative!!!

Thank you SO much! I don't know how you did this, but I am eternally grateful! You can rest assured that I will make every effort to refer as many people to you as I possibly can. My experience with your firm has been nothing but positive. From my conversations with Mr. Polumbo in the beginning, through the adjournments and up to today, you have been absolutely professional, helpful and accessible.

I will pay the "improper turn" fine at once. I also plan on doing the online course. Since the improper turn appears to only assess 2 points and the class will credit up to four I assume I should have a zero point license. I'll deal with my insurance company in good time.

If I can ever do anything for your firm, please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,

Subject: Resolution of your Manhattan tickets

Dear John

We took your improper turn ticket, to trial in the Manhattan DMV court on 1/17/2017. Despite our best efforts you were found guilty as charged. The fine amount of $78 can be paid online here: https://transact.dmv.ny.gov/pleadnpay/ or at any DMV office on or before 2 weeks from the conviction date. Please note that a convenience fee may be applied to online payments.

Great news! After hard work we got your no insurance ticket out of Manhattan DMV dismissed! In other words, you won.

If the points will cause a DMV point accrual of 6 or more within the last 18 months, the DMV will be sending you an additional fine, called an “assessment”. The notice will go to your address of record with the DMV. Failure to pay the additional fine will result in a NYS driving license / privilege suspension. You can update your address with the DMV here: http://dmv.ny.gov/address-change/change-address-my-license-registrations and pay the assessment online here: https://transact.dmv.ny.gov/DriverRespAssessment/

If you wish to appeal the decision, you have 30 days to file a notice of appeal. Information about the appellate process and how to file a notice of appeal along with the appellate form for filing an appeal can be found on the NYS DMV web site here: http://dmv.ny.gov/tickets/appeal-tvb-ticket-conviction.

Michael Palumbo and his whole team made the process of fighting and resolving my speeding ticket incredibly easy. I was pulled over doing 84 in Harrison, NY... going with the flow of traffic. It was and has been my only moving violation in more than 10 years and Michael and his team did a fantastic job to have my past record stand for the situation and got everything reduced! The communication was amazing as I heard from the entire team throughout the process.

I received a 6 point speeding ticket in Staten Island on the 440. I am a lawyer myself and a resident of DC, so I was unable to travel to Staten Island to fight the ticket myself. I hired Mr. Palumbo to fight my ticket, and I am very happy with the result. After a few days, and a couple years, the ticket was ultimately dismissed. Very happy with Mr. Palumbo. He is quick to respond and takes calls after normal business hours. Highly recommend.

As an out of state driver who received a 6 point speeding ticket in NYS, the firm was able to have the points reduced in half, without me having to appear in court. All options were discussed during the consultation, with no obligation to hire, though I felt comfortable in their hands. I am pleased with the outcome.

I worked with Palumbo & Associates, P.C. to resolve a 4 point speeding ticket in New York State. Not only were they able to downgrade the ticket to a 0 point non-moving violation, they also represented me in court so I didn't have to appear myself as I live out of state. Michael spoke with me on the phone to advise me on how to proceed. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, I highly recommend their services.

So happy! I remember calling on the day i received the 6point speeding ticket in Queens, i believe it was on a saturday; and to my surprise i was able to speak to Michael Palumbo himself! He consulted with me on the phone and reassured me that he can handle the ticket, and also explained worse case scenarios. He was very kind, and knew what he was talking about. I hired him right then and there. I didnt have to do a thing after that. I finally received an email today advising me that i was found not guilty and that the case is over. Thank you so much!!

Susan:

We have resolved your son’s case in the Hancock Village Court. We pled guilty to the reduced speed of 59/55 (3 points) instead of the 8 point speed (92/55) he was charged with. In addition, the court granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (ACD) on the marijuana charge which means after your son stays of out trouble and doesn’t get arrested for a period of one year, the marijuana charge will be totally dismissed and sealed. Lastly, the license violation, which could have resulted in a license suspension, was instead reduced to a no points ticket with no suspension.

The fine of $336.00 must be RECEIVED by the Court ON OR BEFORE February 15, 2017. You can pay by mail with a bank check or postal money order – NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Make any draft payable to the “Hancock Village Court” and mail to 85 East Front Street, Hancock, NY 13783. Write on the draft “Case No __________________” and include the attached fine notice so that the court can easily match payment to your case. If you want a receipt include a self addressed stamped envelope.

Keep in mind he may take a defensive driving class and remove up to 4 points from your license. You can take the class online at: https://www.americansafetycouncil.com/online-courses/?lgr=f03107d0-a438-e111-9481-00c09f3f0f12.
